Change recipient from learner to manager in SAP LSO request based correspondence

Hi,

Is there any way or BADI, from which I can change the standard email that  * by config *  goes to Learner. But on the way i want to modify the recipient to its manager.

LSO_CORRESPONDENCE43  has printparams, a field REC_STRING,  can it be used in any way, I tried for it but the email goes to learner.

Any pointer how to achieve that ?
