SRM-Table for storing RFx text

Dear All.

I am working in SRM ECC, the requirement is after creation of RFx in SRM Portal , Publish the RFx to vendor the same time mail will trigger(SRM portal) or in ECC  if we run the program RSPPFPROCESS mail will trigger..

how to change the text in that mail containing.

I am attaching the screen shot of Rfx mail to vendor
