set TECO status in background for a given PM order

hello all,

i have a requirement like this,

in the selection screen i need to input order number of type PM80..

and check whether the system status is RELEASED or not,

if it is REL then i need to do TECO(this is i have to done in background)..

how to i write the program in SE38,

which function modules do i need to use,

is BAPL_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN is enough and what parameters do i need to pass..
