The reason and how to resolve the BAPI Errors?

Hi All,

Can anyone please provide me the reason for the below mentioned BAPI Errors and how to resolve it??

1. Message no. CL732 : Assignment does not exist or is not valid on

                                                BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE:  ("Problem in assigning characteristics values to characters against material")

2. Message no. IM416 : Notification &  locked by USER

3.  Message no. CL117 : Class type &, object type & , object &
                                                BAPI_OBJCL_CREATE

4.Message no : CL763 : Object 0010049472700004 does not exist

5.Message no : IWO_BAPI2113  : Error during processing of BAPI methods

                                                                    BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN
