Passing appended structure of a standard table to remote system

Hi Experts,

Is it possible to pass the appended structure of a Standard table to a remote SAP system?

For Exp: If I have added two fields ZZ fields to table KNA1 using .append structure in my SAP system.

How can I transfer these fields to a remote SAP system?

Is there a way of doing this without manually appending the structure to the remote system.

Please guide
