How to export Partner convetions, ALE, EDI before system copy and import them after

Hi SAP experts,

I'm performing system copy/refresh of DB from PRD to QAS) and I'm having troubles with following task:

1. Download or EXPORT or Save Partner conventions / ALE / EDI  from  old system (QAS) (transactions WE20, WE21 and BD64 (or whatever transaction else needed))

2. Re-import them to same system after refresh/system copy

I've never done this before and there is some theory on the web about ALE, EDI but nothing about export and import of them. I have no idea which tables should I export or whatever steps to perform.
